Policy Piccolina Baby Collection will exchange or refund any item within 30 days of purchase. You will either receive a store credit or a credit on your credit card for the amount you paid for the item excluding shipping costs, or any promotional discounts.
Return Procedure If you would like to make an exchange or request a refund please follow these steps:
Step 1 E-mail your request to us at customerservice@piccolina.com or call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-876-3136 to obtain a return authorization number.
Step 2 Put the product into its original packaging; make sure to write your return authorization number on the address label and ship to the following address:

Step 3 Ship your return via UPS, Federal Express, or USPS. We recommend that you insure your package; this will protect you in case of damage or loss in transit. Your will receive an e-mail when we receive the package in our Return Department. Items that cannot be returned are as follows:
